Ladybug Party Hats

Easy to make ladybug themed party hats to give away to guests at a Ladybug party or better yet, let the guests make their hats themselves!

You will need:

1. Thick cardboard Paper

2. Red Acrylic Paint

3. Thick Paint Brush

4. A circle punch

5. Black paper scraps

6. 1/8 inch black ribbon with white dots

7. Glue

8. Stapler

9. Scallop-edged scissors

1. Download the template for cutting out your party hats (click on the thumbnail below) on any thick paper or cardboard.

2. Cut a thin strip from the wide end using a scallop-edged scissor.

3. Tie together a bunch of similar sized black and white ribbons by knotting them at the end.

4. Glue the knot of the ribbons on one end of narrow end of the template, form a cone and staple and glue the ends shut.

5. Paint the prepared party hat red unless you are using heavy-weight red paper.

6. Punch black circles and glue them all over the hat.
